In order to further the aims of its Vision, the University has entered into collaborative arrangements with a number of partners both within the UK and overseas. Under these arrangements the University retains responsibility for the academic standards and quality assurance of its award but permits the collaborative partner to offer, in full or in part, courses leading to University awards.

The Framework for Standards and Quality applies to all members of the University of South Wales Group (the University of South Wales; the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama (RWCMD); and Merthyr Tydfil College of Further Education) and covers all taught higher education courses, wherever they are delivered.
